Dane listed in Entertainment Weekly
April 14, 2012
Dane was listed in the newest Entertainment Weekly. He was listed as the Top 5 to Watch in Summer’s biggest films. THE WETTEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD was renamed to Lawless which he plays as Cricket Pate with Shia LaBeouf, Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy!
What Lawless is about?
This family saga follows the Bondurants, bootlegging brothers runnin’ stills, runnin’ loads, and runnin’ from the law in Depression-era Virginia. The story follows the experience of the youngest Bondurant, Jack, and his family’s moonshine enterprise supplies the action in a plot that evokes the culture of distilling and distributing white lightning. To optimistic Jack, bootlegging is both a bond to his older brothers, Forrest and Howard, and a means to make cash to impress a girl. Forrest, by contrast, is taciturn and suspicious: the world is violent, and he meets it on that ground. Tender of the stills and imbiber from same, burly Howard is always ready to take on the Bondurants’ enemies, corrupt law officers.

Here’ s a first on set pic of Daniel, Dane and Ben Foster.
From left, Daniel Radcliffe as Allen Ginsberg, Ben Foster as William Burroughs, and Dane DeHaan as Lucien Carr on the set of the independent film “Kill Your Darlings,” slated for release in 2013. The film recounts the involvement of several Beat generation literary figures in the killing of Kammerer.
Chronicle on Blu-Ray
April 4, 2012
20th Century Fox Home Entertainment will bring Chronicle to DVD, Blu-ray and digital download on May 15, 2012. The modestly budgeted found footage thriller was a breakout hit, grossing a surprising $170 million worldwide (roughly $63 million in the States alone).
Amazon already has the film up for pre-order, though Fox has not issued an official press release with bonus features and specs just yet. That said, the Blu-ray cover art suggests that two versions of the film will be available on the format — the original theatrical cut and a never-before-seen unrated cut. No word on DVD bonus features.
